I can’t thank you enough for rolling up your sleeves and becoming my partner in a whirlwind transformation of my listing at 101 Via Colusa, Palos Verdes Estates.  With you on my team, I felt confident that we could accomplish an almost impossible task.  You agreed to help me even though I called you at the last-minute, it was a national holiday, and you already had prior commitments set up to attend a wedding. 

You assessed the job and gave input on what needed to be done.  You helped pick out the paint colors, which turned out beautifully.  As each room was painted, you followed behind and worked your magic with furnishings and accessories that were fitting for a designer home magazine.  You arrived early, stayed late, and even called in your family to lend a hand to get the job done in time for Sunday’s open house. 

You have a special gift of a soft presence, yet an ability to make intelligent decisions.  I am indebted to you for your willingness to take on this project, and beyond that for using your talents to transform it well beyond my expectations, in a mere 3 ½ days.  As if that weren’t enough, you took before and after pictures and created a real estate show with beautiful background music that I was able to upload to my listing with the click of the mouse.

More than just doing a good job, you model the true meaning of being a friend.  I feel honored to know someone of your caliber and would be happy to attest to your abilities to others.

Thank you sooo much for your help yesterday.  I'm feeling like we're making progress!  I love the changes!  It was so cute when my son got home yesterday.  At 10, I didn't even expect him to notice.  The minute he walked in he said "Wow!"  A great compliment to you!  My husband even said later that evening that he really liked it.

Thank you for coming over in the midst of our construction chaos.  I have to say that you picked perfect colors for each of the living spaces which needed definition with color so they stand out as distinct spaces.  Finding colors that both my husband and I like is no easy task!  The colors I was looking at would not have gone well with the woodwork in our home and your help was definitely priceless.  As soon as the furniture comes back in, we will try your furniture arrangement ideas and then have you back to make the final touches.
