Occupied Homes: 

 Option One: Consultation only (approx. 2 hours).  This is for occupied homes where the sellers can do the work under the direction of the stager.  We discuss the necessary items, and  provide a follow-up detailed written list for the homeowner.  This will typically include such things as:  Furniture & art re-arranging, paint recommendations, neutralizing the décor, enhancing features and minor repairs.  ($250-$350)

Email Consultation is also available. Send us the requested pictures and we'll guide you through the staging process.

Option Two:  Property Preview + Staging Day.  For properties where the seller prefers or needs more help, we make a short visit to take photographs and list items that need to be completed before staging day (cleaning, paint, pre-packing, repairs).  On Staging Day, we make the most of what the homeowner already has, bringing in additional accessories if needed.  Photographs for MLS will be taken, along with our standard marketing package.  ($800 & up)

Option Three:  Market-Ready Styling.  Working with the real estate agent and/or the homeowners, we spend 2-3 hours preparing a home for photographs.  This is for homes that are in good overall condition but need some finishing touches.  May include photographs & marketing if desired.

Vacant Homes:

Unstaged vacant homes typically take 2-3 times longer to sell.

Interior ReDesign Services:

Consultation Only:  Just need some advice and working through options for reworking your home?  This consultation includes selection of paint colors, discussion of proper furniture, accessories & artwork placement, re-organization - up to 2 hours  ($250-$350) 

One-Day Decorating:  By shopping your own home, we can give you a whole new look in a day!

ReDesign Service: For continued interior decorating services, we can do a package for you or assist you by the hour.

Color Coaching:  If you need help selecting colors for walls, furniture, flooring, etc., Beth is one of only 750 consultants in the world certified in the patented scientific "Color with No Regrets" system. 

Other Services:

Life Change Staging: Assistance with combining households, divorce, separation, marriage, senior transition - temporary or permanent furnishings.

Potential Home Consultation:  Are you looking at a particular house but aren't sure if it will work for you?  Confused about how furniture would practically fit your family's lifestyle?  We can check out the properties you are interested in with you and help you decide if they will work for your needs. 

Move-In Assistance:  Make your move easier by using our flexible services. 

 1)  We help you plan where your furniture will be be placed.  2)  Meet the movers for and direct the move-in.  3)  By unpacking your kitchen, making the beds, or whatever you desire, we can help your home usable on your first day!  You choose the level of service.  We can even have you ready for a party within a few days of moving!

Holiday/Event Preparation: We help you decorate your home for the holidays and prepare for upcoming parties or special events.
