The packing & purging had already been started in these "before" pictures.  We consulted with the homeowners, giving them an extensive list of "to do's."  They worked hard and completed everything on the list in short order.  We came back to hang artwork & set out accessories (using only what the owners already had).  This home was in escrow within a few short days.

Occupied Staging - Hermosa Beach, Ca

This beautiful Italian villa in Hermosa was occupied but needed some additional touches.  We rearranged furniture & art and brought in more accessories to complete the look.  It sold for full price ($1,777,000).

A Dramatic Difference! 

This home received FIVE offers on opening weekend! 

After being on the market for one year with no sale, the owner pulled it off and did some updating - new kitchen counters & appliances, updating the brass fixtures in the master bathroom, etc.  He called in Home Staging Designs of CA to stage the home, and it sold the first weekend, closing only six weeks later. (Spring 2011)

 The master bedroom became a welcoming retreat.

Torrance Home Staging

This Torrance, California home had been newly remodeled (a "flipper") with beautiful finish surfaces.  However, the floor plan left too many questions in buyer's minds.

The living room extended into the kitchen with an additional space across from the laundry closet - giving a bowling alley affect.

 A tiny bedroom was additionally staged to show buyers that there was truly enough room to make this into a real bedroom!
