  "Lite" Vacant Condo Staging - Redondo Beach, CA

This is a small beach condo that appeared empty and dated.  By bringing in very light furnishings and color, it was inexpensively made to feel more welcoming and attractive.

 

Vacant Home Staging, Palos Verdes Estates, CA

When the realtor first called for us to home stage this house, she described it as a "tear-down."  In 3-1/2 days, using a couple of painters, family members and my company, we turned it from "yuck" to "adorable."  While it still needed updating, it was now livable while that was being done.

 

 

Partially Vacant Home Staging, Los Angeles, CA

The new owners of this home lived out of the country, but planned to leave a few items here until final shipping overseas.  By using some of their furniture, renting a few key pieces, and our accessories, this became a lovely family home.

 

 

Vacant Home Staging, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA

Staging this 5-bedroom home using rented furniture and our accessories drew quite a reaction from potential buyers.  As the offer was placed, they asked about purchasing the furnishings as well.

 

 

 

Complete Remodel & Home Staging - Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA

This home was a "flipper," purchased for the distinct purpose of remodeling and reselling.  We were able to select paint color for the walls, as well as using a combination of the realtor's extra furniture and our accessories to make this home beautiful.

   

 

  
  


 

Vacant Home Staging - Rolling Hills Estates, California

This was a large home in a gated community which felt very "cold," due in part to the marble floors throughout the living level and staircase.  We staged only a few rooms due to budget constraints, but what a difference it made! 

 

 

 

 Home ReDesign - Torrance, California

This was a large, lovely home in South Torrance that felt almost overwhelming due to the plain white walls throughout and minimal furnishings.  The country look didn't match with the Spanish style exterior.  By bringing in neutral warm colors (and one "wow" dining room color), changing out some furniture and adding accessories, this home was described by the owners and visitors as "comfortable elegance."  Exactly!
