• Home Staging Consultation: We teach the seller to view their home with "Buyer's Eyes" as we walk through their entire property, giving detailed information on exactly what needs to be done to prepare the home to compete on the market (typically takes about 2 hours).  Great for the do-it-yourselfer who wants to make their home stand out, using what they already have.  Consults begin at $250 (up to 2500 sq.')  
• Follow-up Visit:  Need help with the finishing touches after the major work is done?  Schedule this one-hour visit.  Photographs will be taken if property is ready.  $75

• Staged listings typically sell for 3-10% MORE than unstaged properties in Los Angeles County. 

•  Occupied Home Staging:  Using as much of the homeowner's belongings as possible, we bring in rental furniture and accessories to complete the look.  Items that will be used - bedding, towels, throw pillows, etc., will be purchased for the homeowner and billed at cost + time.  Hourly charge with discount for every 8 hours.

• Vacant Home Staging:  Consultation and proposal is $150, appliable to future staging services.  Likely costs include Service Fee, Rental of Furniture, Delivery Fee & Rental of Accessories.  Vacant homes typically take twice a long to sell - how much will that cost you?

• Life Change Staging:  Assistance with combining households, divorce, separation, marriage, senior transition - temporary or permanent furnishings.  Hourly charge with discount for every 8 hours.

• ReDesign Consultation:  Selection of paint colors, discussion of proper furniture, accessories & artwork placement, re-organization (typically takes about 2 hours).     
• Fees start at $200 for average-sized home.  May be combined with redesign half or full-day services.

• Color Consultation:  If you only need help choosing wall colors, order this consult.  Most homes $150.

• Shopping Service:  With designer discounts and knowing where to shop, we can find just the right items for you at a reasonable price.

• Holiday/Event Preparation:  We can help you decorate your home for the holidays and prepare for upcoming parties or special events.
